A TNMRB Pharmacist is a government-employed pharmacist working inside Tamil Nadu's public health system — dispensing prescribed medicines, maintaining the hospital drug store, and supporting doctors and nurses with medication-related information at government hospitals and primary health centres.
A Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) from a recognised institution. Candidates must be registered with the Tamil Nadu Pharmacy Council, and that registration must be kept active with annual renewal.
As per the most recent cycle: minimum 18 years, maximum 32 years, with the usual community-wise upper-age relaxations under Tamil Nadu government rules. Always check the age-limit clause in the current notification, since it is recalculated for every cycle's cut-off date.
